Protien is the foundation of building muscle, it is the building blocks. Which makes it the most important part that you need. It is very dfficult to consume enough protein through diet alone. First of all it can get to be very expensive. It seems like meat products are just getting more and more expensive! Not to mention just hard to stomach it all in one sitting 🤮. But we know that we need to get it. Afterall, it is the building blocks of muscle as well as the foundation of many things in the body. It is also a macronutrient and therefore very essential to the rest of our body.
Pure Isolate is a 100% whey isolate formula. Whey isolate is the quickest absorbing form of protein in the body and it is the only whey in the formula. Isolates process out fats and carbohydrates leaving just raw protein. Whey isolate is a complete protein with all the essential amino acids.
BCAA’s are formulated within which is not only beneficial but can save you some money on a seperate supplement. BCAA’s are short for Branch Chain Amino Acids. They are no different than regular amino acids, which are found in protein. But BCAA’s are a specific ratio of certain amino acids that have been found to have the biggest impact on muscle protein syntheisis(muscle growth). These three amino acids make up 35% of your muscle and the body does not make it on it’s own, making them ‘essential’. They also help prevent muscle breakdown or ‘catabolism’ by preserving muscle glycogen stores. Pure Isolate provides not only BCAA’s but also EAA’s(essential amino acids).
We added some protease, a digestive enzymes to help with absorption. Protease is a digestive enzyme that helps facilitate the breakdown of proteins. This is necessary for protein to be able to absorb into the body. At the end of the day if the supplements you are taking are not absorbing, then you are not getting the benefit they should be providing.
